This is the opening event of Savour Tasmania 2014. Held at the historic Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery, it will feature food by Porkstar Daniel Wilson and also Jesse Gerner from Bomba. Expect to be treated to traditional pig on a spit and and lots of other porcine delights!
